VIDEOS, 12/14/09: The One Who's Three Sung by Brianne Moore I'm So Sorry Sung by Brian Childers The following is a transcript of a review by Eva Heinemann of the Manhattan Cable show, HI! DRAMA: On December 14th, I finally got the opportunity to hear Seth Bisen-Hersh's songs at Broadway Can! for the Bowery Mission. Over a dozen of the best singers shared their favorite canned good stories, usually involving a memory of a loved one and then belted out such delightful tunes as "SO YOU WANNA BE A PERFORMER" sung by Elyse Beyer about the hardships of an actor's life; Celina Carvajal had the power ballad "DREAMS" about being scared of mediocrity; Brooke Sunny Moriber sang a valentine to NY with "MY NY." Kimberly Faye Greenberg and Brian Childers currently doing Danny and Sylvia sang songs about Thanksgiving and ending a bad relationship. All the performers and songs made my own heart sing. Seth Sings MORE Bisen-Hersh TAPED LIVE Sunday, November 8th, 2009 at 7PM WATCH ME For the fifth year in a row, Seth Bisen-Hersh will perform a solo show at Theater Ten Ten. This year's sequel to Seth Sings Bisen-Hersh, will feature a completely different repertoire with excerpts from his cabarets: And Then She Dumped Me, The Gayest Straight Man Alive, Meaningful Sex, Neurotic Tendencies, Why Am I Not Famous Yet? and Writer's Block and his musicals: Trivial Pursuits, Meaningless Sex, The Spickner Spin, A Kid Like Me, More to Love and Stanley's Adventures. Furthermore, he will be reviving songs he hasn't performed in public in over a decade and premiering songs from his upcoming act, I'll Relax When I'm Dead, while discussing his writing style, methods, themes and inspiration: past, present and future.
