Happy Fall 2016! In February, I published my second book, Every Page a Little Seth. You can get both my books on my Amazon Author Page.

In April we shot the pilot of my TV sitcom based on my web series Every Day a Little Seth this spring. The web series presented its Series Finale episode on May 31, 2016, and a trailer for the sitcom version was released on June 13, 2016. The sitcom pilot will be released on October 1, 2016.

On Monday, November 14th at 7PM at Don't Tell Mama, we will present the 8th Annual Broadway Can! concert of my songs to benefit City Harvest. Details soon!

Regular showcases continue weekly through the rest of the year, mostly on Tuesdays. In May, we did 5 concerts of my work for the 400th Showcase Nonapalooza. Video highlights below!

Check out the Seth Store, where you can purchase sheet music to 150 of my songs. Audio recordings and youtube video links are available on the Songs page. As always, for detailed every-other-monthly updates of my life, please visit the Ledgers page. (Highly recommended are my recent trip to Iceland, May 2015; Germany/ Paris, August 2014; Shanghai, Feb 2011 and Ireland/ Copenhagen, Sept 2013.)

EVERY PAGE A LITTLE SETH

Every Page a Little Seth is a book of 30 essays by Seth Bisen-Hersh based on the 30 episodes of his series, Every Day a Little Seth. Infused with humor, Seth pontificates on topics such as dating woes, neurotic tendencies, following one's dreams, smartphones and family including his cat, Smee, who pens his own catpter. With his unique perspective on life, Seth offers many insights into what it takes to survive in one's 30s in New York City.

SLEEP. WRITE. NOW.

In 2012, Seth Bisen-Hersh had a dark year. By the end of 2011, a myriad of his best friends had abandoned New York City, and the girl he thought he was going to marry decided they had irreconcilable incompatibilities. The breakup triggered an intense adverse reaction: insomnia, anxiety and depression ensued. As he was battling these, he lost two grandparents in the span of two weeks during the summer of 2012. Then that fall, his younger sister got married and moved away. Seth tried everything to get through the tough times of compounded loss, and this memoir is a testament to his dedication to recover. Filled with non-euphemized truth and self-aware hindsight, and infused with a wry sense of humor, this book includes unabridged journal entries, real emails to friends, therapy recollections, medication analyses, and heart wrenching poems and song lyrics written during the dark year as it charts his journey from Cloud Nine to rock bottom and finally back to the surface. Guaranteed to make you laugh and cry, sometimes in the same sentence, Sleep. Write. Now. is dedicated to anyone who is going through a dark year.

And I also I highly recommend last year's music video (this one is really dirty):
YOFO. (For those over 30, it is a parody of a popular saying "YOLO: You Only Live Once.")
